Lydia Richmond is the District Beginning Teacher Support Coordinator for Rowan-Salisbury Schools. She has served as an administrator, high school English teacher, and Instructional and Professional Learning Leader. Lydia has been a mentor and facilitator for new teachers, has worked in freelance professional development and instructional design, and is a social media and pop culture enthusiast. Lydia's passion for relevance in the classroom guides her work with teachers as they build meaningful content for their students. Lydia is married to Aaron, and they have four children, two cats, two dogs and a lot of fun.
